Standard End-Suction Pump Series

Etanorm / EtanormR Series

Standard Horizontal End-Suction Centrifugal Pumps
Etanorm & Etanorm R Series

As part of the complete technology transfer package, Pumpnix offers the Etanorm and Etanorm R series – a well-established range of single-stage horizontal centrifugal pumps with end-suction design, engineered in accordance with EN 733 standards.

These pumps are widely used in industrial, utility, and agricultural applications for transferring clean, non-aggressive fluids, such as municipal and industrial water, HVAC systems and fire protection. Their design features include robust construction, extended service life, optimal hydraulic efficiency, and easy maintenance.

The Back Pull-Out design enables easy disassembly of internal components without removing piping, reducing downtime and operational costs during service.

At Pumpnix, we deliver this pump series with:
Complete 3D CAD models
Detailed technical drawings
Casting patterns for every part
Engineering documentation

Whether for full-scale manufacturing setup or small-batch production for spare parts, this package is tailored to support the establishment and training of your in-house engineering team, enabling them to independently manage pump design, production, and maintenance processes.

Installation Plan and Engineering Know-How

As part of the complete technology transfer package, Pumpnix provides a detailed Installation Plan for every pump type. These technical documents are not merely drawings, but essential engineering references that define:

  • Precise dimensions of suction and discharge flanges

  • Baseplate layout and anchor bolt positioning

  • Maintenance clearance and coupling alignment tolerances

  • Maximum allowable forces and moments on the nozzles, based on ISO 5199 / ISO 9905 guidelines

These drawings ensure accurate pump mounting, long-term reliability, and mechanical integrity during operation.

With its deep engineering expertise and hands-on manufacturing experience, Pumpnix empowers your technical team to fully understand and implement these standards. We don’t just provide the drawings — we transfer the knowledge behind them, train your engineering staff, and help you build a structured technical archive for every pump series in your production line

Hydraulic Performance & Overlap Charts

Hydraulic Performance Charts and Technical Documentation

As part of the complete technology transfer package, Pumpnix delivers precise hydraulic performance charts (Performance Coverage Charts) for every pump series. These charts visualize the operating envelope of each pump type across three standard motor speeds (2900 / 1450 / 960 RPM), and are also defined based on impeller trim diameters to ensure accurate matching with project-specific conditions.

The diagrams include key hydraulic parameters, such as head, flow rate, shaft power, motor performance, and NPSH requirements. In addition, detailed datasheets, dimensional specifications, and component-level parts lists are prepared for each pump model. These engineering documents are essential tools during the pump factory setup phase, supporting accurate product selection, production planning, and sales engineering.

At Pumpnix, we not only provide these documents — we integrate them into your engineering department, train your technical and sales teams, and help establish a structured engineering archive for each pump family. The sample diagrams and datasheets shown above represent real technical documentation from the Etanorm series, serving as a foundation for both learning and implementation

Sectional Design and Internal Function of the Etanorm Pump

The Etanorm pump is engineered with an axial fluid inlet [6] and a radial discharge outlet [2]. The fluid enters through the suction nozzle, is accelerated outward by the impeller [7], and its kinetic energy is transformed into pressure energy within the volute casing. A clearance gap [1] minimizes backflow. The shaft [4] passes through the casing cover [3] and is sealed using a shaft seal [8]. It is supported by rolling element bearings [9, 10], housed within a bearing bracket [5].

This proven design ensures high efficiency, easy servicing, and long-term reliability.

As part of the Pumpnix technology transfer package, we provide detailed sectional diagrams, technical documentation, and full training for your engineering and production teams — ensuring not only component-level understanding, but also the operational expertise to maintain and manufacture the pump independently.

Exploded View & Component Identification

As part of the complete technology transfer package, Pumpnix provides detailed exploded view diagrams and parts lists for every pump series. The diagram shown here illustrates the Etanorm pump series equipped with a standardized mechanical seal and bolted-on discharge cover.

Each component is clearly numbered and referenced in a comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOM). This allows engineering teams to gain full visibility into the pump’s internal structure, assembly process, and serviceable parts.

These diagrams cover a wide range of pump sizes (from 32-200 to 150-400) and serve as an essential resource for:

  • Accurate reassembly and maintenance

  • In-house manufacturing or reverse engineering

  • Technical training of engineering and service teams

By delivering 3D models, technical drawings, and component breakdowns, Pumpnix enables clients to establish fully independent production and aftersales service capabilities.

Dimensional Drawings – Core to Engineering Setup

As part of the Pumpnix technology transfer package, complete dimensional drawings are provided for every pump type. These include labeled dimensions (A, B, C…) with exact values per model, covering:

  • Baseplate layout

  • Flange hole positions

  • Shaft and keyway sizes

  • Installation and alignment specs

These drawings help establish a structured engineering archive. More than just documents, they enable your team to independently plan, install, and support production.

Pumpnix also trains your engineering staff to understand and apply these details. All drawings are categorized per pump family — such as Etanorm — and delivered as part of the technical foundation of your pump factory.
