High-Pressure Multistage Ring Section Pumps
WKL Series – Horizontal Ring-Section Design
As part of the complete technology transfer package, Pumpnix offers the WKL series – a proven range of horizontal multistage centrifugal pumps in ring-section design, engineered for high-pressure applications in accordance with international standards
These pumps are widely used in municipal and industrial water supply, pressure boosting, irrigation, boiler feed, condensate handling, cooling and hot water circulation, fire protection, and high-pressure process services. Their design features include robust construction, hydraulically balanced rotating assembly, long service life, and reliable operation even under demanding conditions.
The ring-section design allows the pump to be built in single- or multistage configurations, with axially split suction/discharge casings and tie-bolt clamping for strength and easy maintenance. Replaceable shaft sleeves, wear rings, and various stuffing box or mechanical seal options ensure extended service intervals and reduced operational costs.
At Pumpnix, we deliver this pump series with:
– Complete 3D CAD models
– Detailed technical drawings
– Casting patterns for every part
– Engineering documentation
Whether for a full-scale high-pressure pump manufacturing setup or for targeted small-batch production of spare parts, this package supports the establishment and training of your in-house engineering team, enabling them to independently manage design, production, and long-term maintenance of WKL pumps.
Installation Plan and Engineering Know-How
As part of the complete technology transfer package, Pumpnix provides a detailed Installation Plan for every pump type. These technical documents are not merely drawings, but essential engineering references that define:
Precise dimensions of suction and discharge flanges
Baseplate layout and anchor bolt positioning
Maintenance clearance and coupling alignment tolerances
Maximum allowable forces and moments on the nozzles, based on ISO 5199 / ISO 9905 guidelines
These drawings ensure accurate pump mounting, long-term reliability, and mechanical integrity during operation.
With its deep engineering expertise and hands-on manufacturing experience, Pumpnix empowers your technical team to fully understand and implement these standards.
We don’t just provide the drawings — we transfer the knowledge behind them, train your engineering staff, and help you build a structured technical archive for every pump series in your production line
Hydraulic Performance Charts and Technical Documentation
As part of the complete technology transfer package, Pumpnix delivers precise hydraulic performance charts (Performance Coverage Charts) for every pump series. These charts visualize the operating envelope of each pump type across three standard motor speeds (2900 / 1450 / 960 RPM), and are also defined based on impeller trim diameters to ensure accurate matching with project-specific conditions.
The diagrams include key hydraulic parameters, such as head, flow rate (Q), shaft power, motor performance, and NPSH requirements.
In addition, detailed datasheets, dimensional specifications, and component-level parts lists are prepared for each pump model. These engineering documents are essential tools during the pump factory setup phase, supporting accurate product selection, production planning, and sales engineering.
At Pumpnix, we not only provide these documents — we integrate them into your engineering department, train your technical and sales teams, and help establish a structured engineering archive for each pump family. The sample diagrams and datasheets shown above represent real technical documentation from the Etanorm series, serving as a foundation for both learning and implementation

Impellers – Closed radial impellers with curved vanes. Multistage configurations available (up to 17 stages) to achieve very high heads. Precision-cast for hydraulic efficiency and reliability.
Diffusers – Fixed guide vanes that convert velocity into pressure, improving stage efficiency and reducing hydraulic losses between stages.
Stage Casings – Modular ring-section construction allowing easy addition or removal of stages, enabling flexible pressure ranges and simplified service.
Pump Shaft – High-strength shaft with replaceable shaft protecting sleeves in the seal chamber. Designed to minimize wear and extend service life.
Bearings – Cylindrical roller bearing on the suction side and ball bearing on the discharge side, designed to absorb radial and residual axial thrust. Bearing options include oil or grease lubrication depending on application.
(WKL Series – Exploded Views & Component-Level Documentation)
Exploded Views of the WKL Multistage Pump
Component-Level Understanding
For the WKL multistage ring-section pumps, Pumpnix provides detailed exploded views that illustrate every component of the pump assembly — including the suction and discharge casings, impellers and diffusers, stage casings, tie bolts, shaft and sleeves, bearings, and shaft seals.
These exploded diagrams allow engineers to fully understand the modular construction of WKL pumps, showing how each stage is combined to achieve the desired head and capacity. They are essential references for manufacturing, assembly training, and maintenance planning, ensuring that your team can reproduce each part and carry out precise assembly and service.
As part of the technology transfer package, Pumpnix delivers these exploded views together with 3D CAD models, complete parts lists, and engineering documentation, creating a structured technical archive that empowers your engineering team to independently manage the design, production, and long-term maintenance of WKL pumps.
WKL Series – Dimensional Drawings
For the WKL multistage ring-section pumps, Pumpnix provides complete dimensional drawings specifying all key measurements required for design, production, and installation. These drawings include the overall pump dimensions, nozzle sizes and orientations, centerline height, stage lengths, foundation bolt positions, and coupling dimensions for driver alignment.
Such dimensional documentation ensures accuracy during casting and machining, supports precise foundation and plant layout, and guarantees smooth integration with piping systems and motors.
As part of the technology transfer package, Pumpnix supplies these dimensional drawings along with 3D CAD models, manufacturing tolerances, and installation guidelines, providing your engineering team with a full technical framework for production planning, factory setup, and on-site implementation of the WKL pump family.
